About the Role

We are seeking multiple Senior Project Engineers to join our Rail Operations team in Sydney and Perth. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project cost, time, quality, and sustainability objectives safely.
  • Providing support to the Project Manager in the delivery aspects of their package of work to ensure the project is delivered within budget, time, quality, and sustainability objectives safely.
  • Responsible for the direction, performance, and mentoring of direct report project engineers and site engineers on the project.
About You

We are looking for candidates with a degree in an Engineering Discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management with Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the Engineering/Construction field and knowledge of Railway Engineering Standards & Specifications, Modern Signalling Technology, and Signalling Principles.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management with Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Engineering/Construction field.
  • Knowledge of Railway Engineering Standards & Specifications, Modern Signalling Technology, and Signalling Principles.
  • Experience in the Rail Industry.
  • Valid construction Green/White card.
