Job Overview
We are seeking experienced leaders with a true passion for retail to join our dynamic team as Retail Store Manager In Training. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and staff training
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a unique and genuine experience that sets us apart from competitors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations, sharing best practices and expertise to drive business success
- Analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's, and stock loss targets
- Proven track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and practices, ideally with experience working from a brief

Salary and Benefits Package
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and roster rotation. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for a bonus earnings potential of up to $7,000 per year.
