- Contributing to the broader strategic agenda as a member of the executive leadership team.">
About You:
">You will have:

- A law degree and eligibility to practise in Australia.">
- 5+ years post-admission experience in public interest, civil justice, elder law, or community legal practice.">
- Proven leadership in program design, service delivery, evaluation, and growth.">
- Experience collaborating with courts, regulators, funders, and community partners.">
- Strong track record managing teams, budgets, and funding arrangements.">
- A people-first leadership style that balances cultural reset and performance accountability.">
- Alignment with the social justice mission and values.">
