About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists and work with clients to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure high-quality clinical services
  • Work with clients to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • SPA registration essential
  • Experience supporting people with a disability using an evidence-based approach
  • Adaptable and 'can-do' attitude to adjust to client needs and NDIS plans
  • Current driver's license and willingness/ability to travel to clients
