Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Marketing Strategist to drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and support Takeda's business objectives.



About the Role:

  • People Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative and inclusive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Manage and optimise the rare disease and rare cancer portfolio to achieve financial targets. Conduct analysis to identify trends and improve return on investment.
  • Customer Excellence: Oversee the creative process and implement impactful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across various channels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design customer excellence strategies, and maintain effective communication.
  • External Customer Relationships: Engage with customers, attend industry events, and incorporate valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.


What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree (Lifescience, Marketing, Business or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years experience within Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Skills: Advanced strategic toolkit i.e.: stakeholder management, structured problem solving, storytelling, change leadership, and project management.
  • Marketing Toolkit: Experience across various channels including sales, digital, print, events.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of hospital, specialist and oncology health care environments.


Salary:

$150,000 per annum, plus benefits.
