Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Student to join our team on Saturdays at a community pharmacy in Padstow.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, including greeting and serving customers, addressing a range of customer service enquiries and routine customer problems.
  • Undertake all correct procedures when processing cash, cheque or credit card transactions.
  • Maintain awareness of and promote in-store promotions and generate customer interest where possible.
  • Assist in the supply of Pharmacy and Pharmacist Only Medicines within the pharmacy by using questioning protocols, referring the customer to the pharmacist if required, and providing pharmacy medicines, health care information, and self-care practices where trained.
  • Deliver quality customer service to pharmacy customers by assisting in determining customer needs, providing information on pharmacy products and services, matching product to customer needs, finalising the sale, and providing after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • Experience for a similar role is required.
  • Support the supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines.
