Mental Health Nurse

We seek a highly skilled and compassionate nurse who can deliver high-quality nursing care, supervise and support less experienced clinicians, and participate in their own professional development.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated competencies in nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading by example, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Selection Criteria- Effective communication through various means and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Evidence-based practice and critical thinking are necessary to advocate for individualised person-centred care.
- Able to lead, delegate, and negotiate to deliver quality nursing care with leadership and change management skills.
