Job Title: Capability Specialist

Your new role in this position is to design, develop, and support training delivery and learning development initiatives.

  • You will be responsible for the scope, design, development, and implementation of training modules for Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams.
  • Collaborate with Member Resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end complex learning design to address development needs.

This role involves working with subject matter experts across the business to incorporate their expertise into learning solutions.

Design and enhance existing programs/trainings to meet the current and future needs of the Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in creating and delivering training and development frameworks and programs for customer-facing operational teams.
  • Experience in building and implementing training programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative mindset, and effective communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
