Maintenance Controller Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals in a permanent full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aircraft maintenance data to meet the requirements of maintenance activities;
- Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules for efficiency improvement;
- Promote and sustain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders;
- Support management to achieve improved aircraft serviceability;
- Develop, review and amend procedures and instructions for maintenance functions;
- Manage compliance of Defence and company health, safety and environmental policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- High level of organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
