Gardener/Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Gardener/Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clients' gardens and homes in Melbourne, ensuring they meet specific requirements.
The role involves performing various tasks including:
- Maintaining and growing gardens to meet client specifications
- Conducting basic garden and home maintenance duties
- Planting and nurturing new trees, flowers, and plants
- Operating hand tools and light machinery
- Servicing gardening equipment and machinery
- Providing guidance on cost-effective methods
To succeed in this position, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to operate horticultural machinery and powered hand tools
- In-depth knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of health and safety rules and legislation
