Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly Operate & Troubleshoot: Minimize downtime by efficiently operating and supporting maintenance equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain equipment to optimize performance.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Develop precise solutions to mechanical issues.
  • Overhauls and Stock: Manage spare parts inventory and perform machinery overhauls.
  • Data Management: Record and update production & maintenance logs accurately.
  • Safety First: Uphold Visy's Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.

About You:

  • Qualifications: Possess a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Plant Mechanic or similar qualification.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environments.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision troubleshooting.
  • Operating Expertise: Experience working on production lines and operating complex FMCG Machinery.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
