Mining Systems Specialist

WorkPac is seeking a skilled Mining Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing direct support and responding quickly to faults in the site's mining system applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for mining system applications, including Modular Mining, Caterpillar systems, and mobile radio networks.
- Act as the interface between site-based customers and the Operations Centre production systems to ensure ongoing user requirements are being delivered.
- Collaborate with the site-based Mining Systems Supervisor to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of mining system applications, including Autonomous Mining Systems and Mine Production Reporting Solutions.
