Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Demi Chef to join our team at IBIS STYLES. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take their culinary skills to the next level and work in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A commercial cookery qualification with previous experience as a Demi Chef working in a hotel or restaurant environment for at least 2 years post-apprenticeship.
  • Experience providing quality food and presentation of all dishes.
  • Knowledge of WHS and food safety policies and procedures.
  • Relevant food preparation and service knowledge.
  • The ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills.
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to exacting standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assuming responsibility for the quality of output from their station.
