Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious retail manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Centre Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering lease and license requirements to ensure seamless centre operations
  • Managing tenancy schedules to maximise occupancy rates
  • Preparing annual income and expenditure budgets to inform strategic decision-making
  • Overseeing bank guarantees to mitigate risk
  • Conducting regular centre inspections to maintain high standards
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with occupiers and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in property industry (retail management essential)
  • Certificate of Registration/Agent's Rep (essential)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust with key stakeholders
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of centre operations and best practices
