Quality and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance professional to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that requires the application of expert quality and compliance knowledge in an aged care setting.

The role involves flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance, as well as excellent base salary and benefits package including superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective governance and quality framework across services.
  • Provide high-quality care and continuous improvement through partnership with General Managers.
  • Drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices.

Key qualifications include relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience, current AHPRA or professional body registration, and current Australian Driver's License.
