Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at FW Kerr Kindergarten. As a key member of our team, you will provide education and care for children with an emphasis on building relationships and creating an inclusive environment where children belong, play, discover, and learn.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality education and care for children in a mixed-age group (Possums)
- Work collaboratively with the existing passionate team to achieve the best outcomes for children
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
- ACCEQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
