Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Disability Intervention Specialist in Mandurah and surrounding areas. You'll be working with NDIS participants (children aged 0-8) and their families to deliver interventions that lead to positive outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities- You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres.
- Conduct initial appointments with families, utilising your assessment and communication skills to get to know them, their child, and goals.
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and family members to support children's development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents on finding suitable schools and developing routines.
- Competitive salary package: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
