About the Role

The BPCS Techno-functional ERP Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the BPCS (Business Planning and Control System) ERP system. The role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects and functional business processes to ensure the effective deployment and use of BPCS within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of BPCS ERP modules, including system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate these into technical solutions within BPCS.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and interfaces to enhance the functionality of the BPCS ERP system.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to align them with BPCS ERP functionalities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective user adoption of BPCS modules.
  • Provide ongoing support for BPCS ERP, addressing technical issues and ensuring system reliability. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure that these are achieved.
  • Proficient in programming languages and tools related to BPCS (e.g., RPG, SQL).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with BPCS ERP or similar systems in a techno-functional role.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation, customization, and support.
  • Certification in BPCS ERP or related ERP systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other industry-specific business processes.
