About the Role

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Services Officer to join the Commercial Business Group.

As a Property Services Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and managing leases and licenses for City-owned properties, providing guidance to asset owners, and supporting general property matters.

You will have the opportunity to manage debtors and creditors related to the City's property assets and assist in communication processes with the public regarding our property assets.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and knowledge of leasing procedures, market analysis, reporting, letter writing, and property matters in a commercial setting.

You will be eager to promote a positive and professional image of the City by maintaining good relationships with the community and stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing clear, accurate, and timely advice.

About You
  • Qualifications in Property Services or Property Valuation or similar.
  • Current experience and knowledge of leasing, valuation, and property matters in a commercial setting.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
What's on Offer
  • Starting salary from $82,000 with superannuation.
  • Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week.
