As a Sommelier at Aria, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing wine stocks and inventory to ensure an exceptional wine list experience for our guests
  
• Providing expert wine recommendations to patrons, blending knowledge and passion to elevate their dining experience
  
• Assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant, including section management and customer service
  
• Collaborating with our Executive Chef and wine team to develop innovative wine pairings and menus
