About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care and support services to older people in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and support services to Home Care and CHSP consumers, including medication administration, wound care, and blood sugar monitoring.
  • Liaise with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document and report on consumer care plans and progress.
  • Assist consumers to maintain their independence and ensure their health and wellness are supported.
Requirements
  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • EN Level 3 Diploma with Medication Endorsement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Access to a private motor vehicle for work-related travel.
