**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team at Ingenia Holidays Noosa.

 

This role involves delivering exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs and local area guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, promoting Ingenia destinations and handling kiosk/shop stock. They will also drive sales through upselling, guest engagement and adherence to service standards.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide warm, genuine service at reception, help create clean, comfortable spaces that make holidays memorable and respond promptly to guest needs.
  2. Manage Reservations: Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, manage room allocations and handle any issues or complaints.
  3. Drive Sales: Upsell services, promote Ingenia destinations and adhere to service standards to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate Holiday Activities: Plan and run activities that enhance the guest experience, ensure safety and cleanliness and encourage guest participation.
  5. Support Housekeeping: Assist with maintaining accurate records for activities and guest interactions and support housekeeping staff as needed.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Friendly, warm and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Computer literacy and confident decision-making.
