Embark on a world of luxury and unforgettable experiences as Conference Manager at an InterContinental Resort. As a pivotal role within the resort, you will lead the Event Planning and Weddings teams to deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable moments for our guests and clients.

About this Role

You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and lead operational plans to meet hotel sales targets. Reviewing client feedback and continually assessing product offerings will elevate the guest experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire the Conference, Events, and Weddings teams to deliver flawless, world-class experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution, and drive sales and revenue growth through innovative event solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in managing conferences, events, or weddings in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
