Choir Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Choir Manager to join our team. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for managing rehearsals, auditions, and performances.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

This part-time role is 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside standard hours during peak periods. The role becomes full-time in August during the festival period.

About the Role

The Choir Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing rehearsals and performances, including coordinating logistics and scheduling
  • Overseeing auditions and selecting choir members
  • Liaising with the Choir Director and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of performances
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong background in choir management or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
