About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to oversee the management of Aboriginal Housing in Batemans Bay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of housing services and community engagement.
  • Provide coaching, support and supervision to the tenancy team members.
  • Manage team performance, recruitment, training, induction and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Address escalated complaints and resolve housing disputes and conflicts effectively.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Cert IV in Social Housing and/or other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience OR a 4 year degree with minimal experience.
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks governing housing operations.
  • Demonstrated good standard of written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill resolving conflict and disputes in a similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aboriginal culture and cultural safe communication practices.
