  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in ServiceNow that meet business needs.
  • Utilize Microsoft development practices, platforms, and technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certifications at an Implementation Specialist level in IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Mapping, Customer Service Management, or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues to minimize downtime.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill technical information into plain English.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognized certification in Information Management, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • Industry-recognized ServiceNow certification such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects/programs preferably in a Commonwealth Government setting.
