Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing PLC programs, SCADA configurations, and HMI interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.
You will apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions that deliver exceptional results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing automation solutions using TIA Portal and Clear SCADA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases
- Providing training and support to colleagues and clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in automation engineering, including experience with TIA Portal and Clear SCADA
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Australian driver's license
- The right to work in Australia
