About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a senior leadership role within our care team. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
- Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
- Family Communication: Communicating effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
