- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing accurate and timely support
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene
- Patient care from entry to the surgery, including recall management and coordination
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Dental Assisting experience is desired, with a Cert III in Dental Assisting preferred
- Passionate about customer service and patient care, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability, with the ability to build rapport with patients
