**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and certified Certificate IV in Training and Assessment professional to join our team at InspireEd Academy. As a highly motivated individual, you will deliver high-quality training services for students pursuing their Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver engaging and compliant training programs that meet industry standards and course curriculum requirements.
  • Create learning materials, assessments, and lesson plans that reflect current industry practices and compliance needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and assessment outcomes, supporting their learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment documentation according to RTO policies.
  • Stay updated with changes in legislation, industry practices, and training requirements to ensure course content remains relevant and compliant.
  • Collaborate with our administration team to ensure smooth delivery and reporting of student outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g., Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Previous experience in delivering accredited training within the VET sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping standards, MYOB/Xero, and related practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance requirements and the ASQA framework.

**Estimated Salary Range**: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
