We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our clients' projects and expertise in the construction and property industry.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to grow their career while contributing to exciting projects during a dynamic growth phase. You will work closely with our marketing manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Proficiency in video editing and photography is also essential, as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality digital content for social media and project promotions
  • Plan and manage content calendars for internal and industry events
  • Craft engaging copy for websites, social media, and internal communications
  • Organize on-site photo and video shoots, managing budgets and ensuring top-quality results
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to identify content opportunities and expand reach
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform strategies and suggest improvements
Requirements
  • Similar content and communications marketing experience
  • Direct experience in the construction, property, or related industries preferred
  • Expertise in content creation for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Proficiency in video editing and photography for social media platforms
  • Strong writing skills with a background in content creation or copywriting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for construction, design, and property
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
