Manufacturing Systems Improvement Specialist

We're seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to implement and improve strategies for industrial activities.
This role involves ensuring reliable production or service of products or systems by developing manufacturing, repair, service, testing, and integration plans and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of production and repair processes, as well as experience with industrial management control, stock management, and flow management methodologies.
You'll work closely with our team to develop and optimize production/support processes and tools, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing manufacturing, repair, service, testing, and integration plans and procedures.
- Supporting operational teams in implementing first-level maintenance (TPM).
- Defining testing and burn-in strategy for equipment and subassemblies.
- Ensuring production/support processes and tools are defined, implemented, prepared, and optimized.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of production and repair processes.
- Experience with industrial management control, stock management, and flow management methodologies.
- Implementation of continuous improvement and management tools.
