Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tariff advice, quarantine processing, and lodging entries. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in customs operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure compliance with all customs regulations.
  • Prepare and lodge import/export documentation, licenses, and permits.
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CargoWise1 and EDI systems.
  • Provide clear communication with clients and internal teams to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
