Swim Instructor Career Starter

This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your swim instructor career.

  • As a trainee, you will participate in training and hands-on instruction to gain the necessary qualifications to teach swimming lessons in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend required training and on-the-job instruction to become a qualified swim instructor
  • Assist in delivering swim lessons in line with industry standards
  • Set up and pack up equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support the development of program participants by learning their names and progress
  • Attend team meetings
