As a seasoned migration agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complex process of migrating to Australia. With expertise in visa options, eligibility criteria, and migration processes, you will provide exceptional advice and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visa Consultation: Provide expert advice on various visa options, eligibility criteria, and migration processes to clients.
  • Documentation Preparation: Gather and prepare accurate documents for visa applications, ensuring timely submission.
  • Visa Lodgment: Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, adhering to relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on application progress and address concerns or queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests and rights.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and application details.
Requirements:
  • MARA License: Hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.
  • Experience: Fresh or 1 year of experience as a migration agent with successful visa lodgments.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to diverse clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in handling client matters.
