About the Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised professional with 2+ years commercial experience in a similar role, possessing strong verbal communication and analytical skills. Advanced graphic design skills are a must.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to create and source appropriate copy, imagery and visuals for social media posts, video, presentations, promotional material and other collateral. The successful candidate will also contribute to brainstorming promotional ideas and planning content calendars and social media campaigns/strategy for execution in line with company goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement through strategic marketing initiatives;">
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement;">
  • Leverage comprehensive market research and analytics to make informed strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives;">
  • Develop a growth strategy with consideration of partnerships, competitions, and the ongoing development of innovative content;">
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers for various marketing-related services and materials, as required;">
  • Support the Head of Marketing in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organising promotional materials and presentations, and updating calendars.">
