We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our dynamic team of over 800 stores across Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to ensure our customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience by creating a welcoming environment in our stores.

  • Cleaning tasks across all departments and store areas require attention to detail and physical fitness.
  • Operating equipment and products to maintain store floors, team rooms, toilets, and offices demands effective time management and organization skills.
  • Collecting trolleys from store and carpark areas is a critical task that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

You will be provided with full training in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment, so prior experience is not necessary. If you are keen and motivated, we would love to hear from you

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences through active listening and empathy.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing cleaning tasks and maintaining store appearance.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 17kgs to perform job requirements.
