About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Sewer Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering infrastructure projects that meet the social, economic, and environmental needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver infrastructure projects that meet the strategic, operational, and organizational objectives of Central Coast Council.
  • Assist employees in aligning with strategic, operational, and organizational objectives.
  • Manage project teams to deliver service and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development.
  • A current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • A valid Construction General Induction Card - NSW SafeWork or equivalent.
  • Project Management experience in projects of significant complexity with a political environment with differing stakeholders.
  • Experience in the successful delivery of a range of infrastructure and/or service projects.
  • Experience in motivating, leading, and supporting employees and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve team goals.
What We Offer
  • A salary range of $99.7k - $119.6k + 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance (in accordance with the Award) + 11.5% superannuation.
  • A permanent full-time role.
  • A 9 day fortnight.
  • Hybrid and flexible working conditions.
  • A leaseback vehicle for official duties and private use.
