Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our centre as an Education Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of young children.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative teaching programs based on world-leading research that adapts to the needs of tomorrow. You will work closely with our experienced team of Educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
Requirements:
  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
