Job Overview

SchoolHouse is working in partnership with an independent co-educational school to secure a Mathematics Teacher for a K to Year 12 setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create a vibrant learning environment that supports academic and sporting endeavors for all students.


Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Mathematics to students from K to Year 12
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
  • Support students' academic, sporting, and cultural interests

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
  • Current NESA Accreditation and Working with Children Check (or eligibility to gain)
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching Mathematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and passion to work with and support young people
