We are seeking a skilled Defects Foreman to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a Defects Foreman, you will be responsible for inspecting and identifying defects on site, liaising with other management and subcontractors on process and timeline of remedy for defects, and providing technical advice surrounding defects and resolution.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field, a track record of defect management within projects of similar size and sector, and a good positive attitude and ability to take the lead when solving problems.
