Leadership Role: Store Manager

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to manage the financial performance of our store, build and coach a high-performing team, and drive sales growth through effective strategies.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of coaching and leading large and diverse teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring plans and strategies are effectively deployed to increase sales, implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, and enhancing the overall customer experience for your community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budget and financial management, including wage control
  • Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team
  • Drive sales growth through effective strategies
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses
  • Enhance the overall customer experience for your community

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • Prior experience as Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams, implementing business and individual development strategies
  • Values that reflect a high level of commitment to safety, always thinking customer, and a belief in constantly motivating your team to reach higher every day
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control
