Conexson, a leading specialist Disability and Aged Care staffing agency, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Hervey Bay. As a Community Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community aged care, with experience in administering medications, conducting health assessments, and providing wound care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring client safety.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective care plans.
  • Provide wound care and management, promoting healing and preventing complications.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Updated driver's license
  • Police check or NDIS worker's screening check
  • Vaccinations, including COVID-19 and flu shots
