Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive demand generation across a digital health portfolio.

The Role:

  • This role involves planning, executing, and optimising integrated B2B marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate demand, and support the full customer journey.
  • You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, content, events, and email – aligned with the buyer journey.
  • You will create high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, and digital assets.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies is essential to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will monitor, report on, and improve campaign performance using data and insights.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is required.
  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with hands-on use of marketing automation tools and the ability to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in working across all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude and a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A data-led, results-oriented approach, with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services is highly advantageous.
  • A strong background in marketing operations.
