WT Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Data Centre team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various traditional quantity surveying functions, including estimating, planning, and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and facilitate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Develop and manage master-plan and feasibility budgets to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Conduct cost checking of developing designs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Evaluate and analyze tenders to ensure the best value for our clients.
• Manage cash flow projects to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Procure materials and services to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and negotiate claims to ensure fair and timely resolution.
• Analyze investment opportunities to ensure optimal returns.
• Develop and implement benchmarking processes to improve the consistency, accuracy, and time-to-market for cost models and plans.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
• Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software, including Cost X.
• Demonstrated track record of winning and managing major projects.
• Experience managing mission-critical projects or similar projects of complex design.
