Home Care Worker Opportunities in Bankstown

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Bankstown. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our clients have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our clients' daily needs.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our clients and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
  • Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

Requirements:
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
  • You should be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
