Project Management Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of surface and mobile plant across multiple civil work fronts.

The successful candidate will provide expert technical input into mobile plant capabilities, performance, and optimisation.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of plant members throughout the project.
  • Develop and implement plant allocation strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor utilisation, productivity, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth integration of plant resources.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and plant performance metrics.

This is a key role in our organisation and requires strong leadership and team management skills.

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or operations role within major civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile plant operations, maintenance, and performance optimisation.
  • Solid knowledge of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and structural civil works.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
