  • Craft and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages with precision and passion.
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact effectively with new and regular customers.
  • Promote loyalty programs and foster positive relationships with patrons.
  • Maintain a spotless and sanitized work environment at all times.
  • FOLLOW health and safety guidelines and adhere to recipe standards for food and beverage items.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a positive attitude, high energy levels, and a hardworking spirit.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (preferably as a Barista).
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and be fluent in English, with the ability to reside in Australia for at least 12 months.
  • Be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling busy shifts.
