Occulus International is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join their team.


The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and be able to build strong technical relationships with customers.


The Account Manager will be responsible for collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive company growth and maintain high client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients.
  • Facilitate meetings with key accounts to assess performance and implement any necessary remediation plans.
  • Develop a solid sales pipeline and customer database through active outbound calls and lead follow-up.
  • Work across marketing communications and regularly update relevant knowledge.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service during the onboarding of new accounts.
  • Troubleshoot issues in consultation with the relevant business and technical support teams.

About the Ideal Candidate:



  • Relevant managing key accounts or sales experience in healthcare/retail pharmacy.
  • Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sales-oriented skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
