Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and friendly food and beverage service to our guests. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions to ensure that guests receive the highest level of service.

You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role. A passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry is essential. Flexibility in regards to working hours, including weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions.
